  • Reflective Dialogue & Insight Integration (60 min) – Therapist-guided journaling, group reflection (if applicable), or individualized insight work.

  • Restorative Meditation & Somatic Release (60 min) – Deep relaxation and guided visualization to reset the body and mind.

  • Closing & Take-Home Plan (30 min) – Creating a personalized mindfulness plan to sustain daily practice beyond the session.
